Little Star's Story
An adorable nativity musical for KS1 that is simple to prepare, yet it has plenty for the whole cast to do and enjoy. The songs are sweet and very easy to teach, and two versions of the script are included - one for age 6 to 9, the other for age 5 to 7 (simplified). A read aloud story is included to help you introduce the content to the children.
One night, all the stars in the sky are excited because the King of Kings has been born. Little Star says she’s going to do something really BIG to welcome such an important baby – but the other stars laugh: ‘You’re too small to do something big!’ Little Star worries that they might be right, but it doesn’t stop her from trying to find a really special present for the baby. She travels north, south, west and east, looking for a special gift, but finds nothing good enough for the King of Kings. Miserably, she gives up - but then she finds out that, while she was travelling back and forth to Bethlehem, lots of people were following her. She had led everyone to the place where Jesus was born!

"I have just returned from watching the inaugural performance of Little Star’s Story, and to say I am exhilarated is an understatement! It was delightful, lively and fun, perfect for KS1, the traditional story but handled in a modern way. It kept all the children engaged and participating throughout… I really felt that their understanding of the whole story must have been improved with this production."
