Order Completed

Dear customer,

An email has been sent to you confirming your order. Your invoice or receipt will be on the front of your package. If you haven't received your order within the timespan set out below, please email office@starshine.co.uk stating your name, order number and address.

If you have purchased a digital item and paid online - as you are logged in to your account, you can go straight to your Orders , your Downloads or your Licences to view any items you may have purchased. These are also accessible in the top bar where you see your email address/account info.

If you have chosen to pay by invoice you will receive an invoice email once your order has been dispatched. You can also choose to pay your invoice now by going to the Invoice Payment page.

UK - Allow 4 working days

Europe - Allow 10 working days

Outside Europe - Allow 20 working days
