| Postage and Packing | is charged at a percentage rate based on the value of the order. There is an additional £4.95 charge for orders outside the UK to cover the 'Airsure' or 'International Signed For' service'. These charges are non-refundable. |
| Approvals | Director's Books(script/scores/lyrics), but not CDs* or photocopy masters may, be sent out on 14 days approval on request. Any returns must be in mint condition in the original packaging, and returned within 14 days of the date on the packaging, otherwise the full purchase price will be charged. Photocopy masters are individually marked as registered to the purchaser and in no circumstances are these refundable as they are not re-saleable. |
