Approval Policy - (uk only)
The Director's Books only (not Director's Packs) may be ordered on approval (max 2 Director's books) by telephone request at 0844 846 4812.
Approval returns can only be accepted in mint condition and in the original packing. P & P will be charged both ways.

Payment      30 days from date of invoice, if goods are not pre-paid online. BACs payments accepted.

Is charged at 10% of  the value of the order (UK max - £7.95), and 20% for the rest of the world. There is an optional additional £5.95 charge for orders outside the UK to cover the  'International Signed For' service'. These charges are non-refundable.

1 - Credit Card Payments

To pay by credit card please either telephone us with your card details or e-mail/ fax the following information.
 (Please split the information required over two e-mails/faxes for security purposes):

a) - Cardholder’s Name (as it appears of your card)     b) - Cardholder’s Address
c) - Card number                                                      d) - Start & Expiry Dates
e) - Security Code (last 3 numbers of reverse of card)
f) -  Invoice No.

2 - Sterling cheque/banker’s draft
