Approval Policy	(UK only)	The Director's Books only *(not Director's Packs)* may be ordered on approval (max 2 Director's books, musicals only) by telephone request at 0844 846 4812. Approval returns can only be accepted in mint condition and in the original packing. P & P will be charged both ways. Director's Packs and Songbooks, once ordered, are non-refundable and must be paid for.
Payment	UK	30 days from date of invoice, if goods are not pre-paid online. BACs payments accepted. Cheques payable to - 'Starshine Music'
Postage & Packing		Is charged at 10% of the value of the order (UK max - £7.95), and 20% for the rest of the world. There is an optional additional £5.95 charge for orders outside the UK to cover the 'International Signed For' service'. These charges are non-refundable.
