APPROVAL POLICY - UK ONLY.
The Director's Books only (not Director's Packs) may be ordered on approval (max 2 Director's books) by telephone request at 01323 764334.
Approval returns can only be accepted in mint condition and in the original packing. P & P will be charged both ways.

Payment		30 days from date of invoice, if goods are not pre-paid online. BACs payments accepted.
Postage & Packing		is charged at 10% of the value of the order (UK max - £7.95). There is an additional £5.95 charge for orders outside the UK to cover the 'International Signed For' service'. These charges are non-refundable.
